After 12 years in business, the Irish pub and restaurant Eddie Ryan’s will be celebrating its success this June.

Eddie Ryan’s is well-known in the Village of Lancaster for its food, especially its pot roast and Reuben sandwich, said Ryan.

“We’ve won several food awards including the Taste of Buffalo three times,” said Owner, Ed Ryan.

Its most notable dish is its beer cheese soup, which won the People’s Choice Award at the annual Taste of Buffalo in 2009.

Along with its food, the restaurant frequently offers entertainment, including karaoke, live bands and disc jockeys.

Eddie Ryan’s opens at 11 a.m. Monday through Friday, and at 8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
